Vendor Fees
Business Vendors: $350 per booth
Nonprofit Organizations: $175 per booth
Supporting the Festival and Our Community
Vendor fees play an important role in making the festival possible by helping cover the direct costs of producing the event, including permits, infrastructure, entertainment, logistics, and event operations.
Beyond supporting the festival itself, any remaining proceeds are reinvested in ECSAC’s year-round community programs and services. These resources help advance youth development, preserve and celebrate Ethiopian culture, and provide meaningful support to Ethiopian immigrant families throughout the DMV area.
By participating as a vendor, you are not only contributing to a vibrant community celebration—you are also helping strengthen our community, empower our youth, and sustain programs that make a lasting difference throughout the year.
Each vendor booth includes a tent, table, and chairs. One vendor per booth is permitted unless approved in advance by festival organizers.
Important Notice:
All vendors must submit in advance, in writing, the items, products, or services they plan to sell or promote for approval.
Additional event details including parking, setup instructions, and check-in information will be shared closer to the festival date.
