Join us as a vendor at the 2026 Ethiopian Fall Festival and be part of one of the DMV’s largest celebrations of Ethiopian culture, food, music, and community.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with thousands of attendees, and engage with a diverse and growing community.

Date: Sunday, October 11, 2026
Location: Alexandria, Virginia (exact venue to be announced)

Vendor Fees

  • Business Vendors: $350 per booth

  • Nonprofit Organizations: $175 per booth

Vendor fees help cover the direct costs of producing the festival, including permits, infrastructure, entertainment, and event operations. Any remaining proceeds after festival expenses are used to support ECSAC’s year-round community programs and services, including youth development, cultural programs, and support for Ethiopian immigrant families in the DMV area.

Each vendor booth includes a tent, table, and chairs. One vendor per booth is permitted unless approved in advance by festival organizers.

Important Note

All vendors must submit in advance, in writing, the items, products, or services they plan to sell or promote for approval.

Additional event details including parking, setup instructions, and check-in information will be shared closer to the festival date.
